Pastor Bugingo and Suzan Makula started dating when Bugingo was with the first wife and mother to his children.
And after they separated in 2018, Pastor Bugingo made it official with Suzan Makula.
The two had a traditional marriage last year although it is said to have been illegal because he hasn’t divorced the first wife Teddy Naluswa.
There has been rumor from close people that Suzan Makula and Pastor Bugingo are no longer that close.
They said Suzan Makula is always lamenting because there isn’t happiness where she went and her marriage with Pastor Bugingo is slowly dieing.
