It seems like Twitter user Mulungi Khloe’s videos reached near and a far as even people you wouldn’t expect to be talking about her are doing so.
Among these is Twitter favorite and retired police officer Afande Asan Kasingye.
The former AIGP took to Twitter to ask who is and why she is trending.

Tweeps told him to ask for Khloe’s videos directly without beating around the bush.
